Welcome to Yokato Yokabai
“Yokato Yokabai” means "It's Great" in Hakata, Japan. Yokato Yokabai is Montreal’s first ramen shop to serve the Tonkotsu pork bone broth; authentic to this region.
Yokato Yokabai has become the undisputed “Best” ramen shop in Montreal since opening in 2015. We are ranked 7th among ALL restaurants in Quebec (Yelp) due to our focus on quality and authenticity. Our signature marrow preparation is simmered for 12 hours to achieve a deep, creamy and full bodied broth without MSG.
In keeping with tradition, we serve our Tonkotsu broth with a thin, straight noodle. We use only organic ingredients and everything is made in house including the noodles, condiments and desserts. An excellent way to finish your meal is with one of our unique ice creams such as Japanese Yuzu Lemon or Sake.
Come taste Yokato Yokabai’s incredible Tonkotsu broth and experience authentic Japanese ramen at it’s best.
